Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

Yes β€” we bring everything we need for every job. You don’t need to provide any supplies, equipment, or products. If you have a preference for specific products (fragrance-free, eco-friendly, etc.), just let us know and we’ll accommodate when possible.

How much does house cleaning cost in San Diego?

We keep it simple and transparent.
Our cleaning services are $120 per hour with a 2-hour minimum β€” no hidden fees, ever.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No β€” most of our clients are not home during their cleaning. Many leave a key or entry code. As long as we have access to the property, we’ll handle everything and lock up when we’re done. We’ll send you a confirmation when the job is complete.

Are you insured?

Yes. Lyly’s Housekeeping is fully insured. In the unlikely event of any damage or accident, you are protected. We take full responsibility and handle it professionally.

What areas of San Diego do you serve?

We serve all of San Diego County including San Diego, Chula Vista, National City, La Mesa, El Cajon, Santee, Spring Valley, Lemon Grove, Bonita, Coronado, Imperial Beach, Poway, Lakeside, Escondido, San Marcos, Vista, Oceanside, Carlsbad, Encinitas, Solana Beach, Del Mar, La Jolla, Mission Valley, North Park, Hillcrest, Pacific Beach, Ocean Beach, and Point Loma. Do you offer recurring cleaning plans?

Yes! We offer flexible recurring cleaning plans including weekly, biweekly, and monthly services.

Pricing for recurring services varies based on frequency, home size, and condition, but we always provide a clear, upfront quote before starting no surprises.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This helps us plan our team’s day fairly. Life happens β€” just let us know and we’ll work with you.

What if I’m not happy with the cleaning?

We back every cleaning with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If something isn’t right, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll return to fix it at no charge β€” no hassle, no arguments. Your satisfaction is our priority.
